I like anything that has cheese in it and I am open to adding beef items but it's not necessary. Thanks for the help!

  1. Heya! I love quiche too. MMMMMM.

    I'm not sure exactly what type of quiche you are favourable to, so here is a site with loads of different kinds of quiches. There is bound to be one you like in there.

    Enjoy!

  2. This is embarassing to admit but my special secret recipe for quiche is drive to Costco, follow directions on package.

  3. BACON QUICHE::

    3 eggs

    1 1/2 cups milk

    1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

    1/2 cup biscuit/baking mix

    Dash pepper

    8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

    3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

    In a blender, combine eggs, milk and butter. Add biscuit mix and pepper; cover and process for 15 seconds. Pour into a greased 9-in. pie plate. Top with bacon and cheese.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.

    [OF COURSE, YOU CAN ADD MORE CHEESE, I DO!]

    In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the remaining ingredients; mix until blended. Pour into a greased 9-in. square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

  4. I've used this recipe for 35 years, everyone in my family uses it:

    9" pie crust

    1.1/2 cups natural grated swiss cheese;

    4 tsp. flour - sprinkle into pie shell;

    1/2 cup diced ham spinkled on top.

    Combine 3 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. dry mustard. Beat until smooth. Pour over cheese/ham mix. Bake 400 degrees 1 hour or longer until nicely brown.

  6. PARTY QUICHE

    Printed from Cook's.com

    Pastry to fill greased quiche pan, pie plates or miniature muffin tins

    1 pkg. cream of leek soup mix (Knorr's)

    2 c. milk

    1 c. cream

    4 lg. eggs

    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese (grated 2-4 oz. pkg.)

    1 tsp. dry mustard

    Gradually add milk to soup mix, stirring until smooth. Bring to boiling point. Cool slightly. Stir in cream. Beat eggs with remaining ingredients and add to soup, stirring constantly. Spoon into pastry lined container. For small quiche, bake 5 minutes at 425 degrees; 20 minutes at 375 degrees. For larger, 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. I use 29 inch pie plates and divide filling.
