Does anyone have a recipe for cinnabon icing without cream cheese?

I'm pretty sure you have to add the cream cheese, beacause otherwise it won't taste very good.

i have a great healthier recipe.. its very simple and easy.

1 pack of confectioners sugar (powdered sugar)

2-3 tablespoons of skim milk

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
