Does anyone have a recipe for fried cheese?

This veggie restaurant that's neer my school makes a fried cheese sandwich. It's breaded and fried. I tryed to get the recipe form them but they are secretive about it.

You have to freeze the cheese.  Cut it into slices and freeze it with some corn starch in a bag.

Then shake off the extra starch and bread it like fried chicken and deep fry.

If you use fresh mozzeralla(in water) you can bread it ahead of time and freeze it.
