Does anyone have a recipe for mayo

i love mayonnaise. how to make it? thank you :o)

All you need are two large egg yolks, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, a pinch of white pepper, and 1 cup oil.

Add all ingredients to a food processor except oil.

Start the processor and slowly add the oil till it thickens into a nice looking mayonaise. Keep refrigerated.

mayonnaise can be tricky and is best to use an electric whisk

2 egg yolks

2tsp vinegar

1/2tsp  english mustard

250ml olive oil

1spn Boiling water

salt and pepper

Place yolks, vinegar and seasoning in a wide bowl to help the mixing process

now very very slowly add the oil whilest whisking to get the mixture thicker then add the water and whisk.

correct seasoning and done

warning though it may curdle easily it can be hard to make but you should try good luck!!!
