Does anyone have a simple pikelet recipe?

All i'm looking for is the recipe for a plain pikelet.

I cup of plain flour

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 egg.

Put all ingredients into a bowl and adding milk, beat to the desired thickness.

I find that greasing the pan with a nob of butter to stop the pikelets sticking is the best thing to use.

Drop tablespoons onto the hot pan. When bubbles form on the top it is time to flip them. This only takes about a minute.

Just to let you know,

Americans call pikelets pancakes.

And they call pancakes crepes.

It's one of those differences, like jelly, jam and jello.

yeh, take a bottle of pikelet mix, put water in and shake= voila pikelets

not sure what a pikelet is, I thought you spelled it wrong.  But then you spelled it the same way again!
