Does anyone have a slimline psp serial number?

hi can someone help my sons psp has crashed while trying to update sony says they will replace but i need a serial number from under the battery my sons is a bit scrated and i cant work out the last few numbers does anybody have 1 it doesn matter what psp its from its just he is devostated as he is unable to play

please help

i dont think the battery serial number matters i didnt i got a new psp in box as a refund like your sons
