Georgia is one of the few states where sugar gliders are not legal.  That may change soon.  The Georgia Senate voted 58-0 to legalize them this year.  But it has not become law yet.  As of now, you need a special permit, which you can request from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources at 770-761-3044.

Since they are not yet legal, there will be no breeders who will advertise or openly offer any sugar gliders for sale.  However, there are breeders in Florida, for example, who could probably sell you a sugar glider.  Here is one example:

Just be warned: If you bring the animal into Georgia, you face a fine and confiscation, at least until/unless they are legalized.
