  1. get a lawyer or go ahead break lease when they take you to court have pictures of your roach problem also send and keep certifed letter of your intentions of moving to owners of aparments

  2. sprinkle boric acid powder around all the baseboards, and under all the cabinets, they will walk in it and carry it back to there nest and it will kill all of them--will work--i used get up in the middle of the night and turn the light on and they were everywhere  and now i never see any

  3. Ask the landlord to get someone different because the one that has been coming isn't working.  If that doesn't work call the health inspector and see if they can help out.  Write down any incident with the roaches, seeing them, not being able to cook, panic attacks, anything that happens.  You may need that for landlord/tennant court.  They are the ones that are there to settle differences or difficulties between you.  You can also check with your local news stations for a "Call for Action" or "In your Corner" , some kind of a consumer protection news team.  Maybe the exterminator is spraying with a watered down pesticide & charging full price.  If they are only spraying your apartment and none of the others, spraying won't work.

One thing to keep in mind, if you do get out of your lease, roaches will travel with you in the boxes you pack up.  You will have to do something about the possibility of transporting your problem with you.  I would pack it all in one of those PODs and bug bomb it, probably several times.

In the mean time, maybe thissite can help:

Select the "Pests" tab and pick your problem pest.
