Does anyone have an arcues that they will trade to my pokemon diamond game?

I just started to learn what arcues even is... I was wondering if anyone has one and doesn't need it or has something they need and will trade for... I will be looking for this one for a little while so don't worry about late answers...

The only way i can think of getting darkrai and arcues is hacking them with a action replay or you can tweak but it isnt confirmed if you can catch pokemon while tweaked. Tweaked is a thing in pokemon diamond which makes the roads ahead dissapear and turn black this you can walk through walls and buildings but not confirmed if you can catch shaymin through it though. I have a hacked shiny darkrai but i never hacked it i can tell becuase getting a shiny darkrai is very very very rare of getting.

Unfortunately, Arceus has not been released in an event or anything else anywhere. If you get one, it will be hacked.
