If I ever have a major complaint, this is what I do.  It works every single time.  Look up the CEO and their corporate offices.  Send an overnight letter with all your major issues directly to the CEO.  He/she wont open it, but somebody will.  Make sure you CC it to somebody else if you can.  Be very professional.

They will call you.  I did it with qwest about a year ago.  A VP called me and said Im suppose to take care of this.  In the deals they give you, it will pay off your 12 bucks that it cost you for the overnight.

Ive done it maybe 15-20 times and have never had them not call me back.  I know this because I use to hire for fortune 500 companies.  If somebody is willing to write a letter to the CEO it gets read by somebody.  I did this once with Arby's because they wanted to charge me 5 cents for an extra ketchup package.  I got 500 dollars in free food.
