  1. Good on you for coming to this decision. I hope I can help you with your situation. There are a couple of things you need to realize you before you embark on your weight loss journey.

Firstly I'm glad you don't want to diet. In order to lose weight and keep it off you need to make a healthy lifestyle changes and stick to them. There are no two ways about it. Diets only lead to future weight gain.

We need muscle in order to burn fat. Muscle is a very active tissue, so burns fat even while resting. You need to have a certain amount of muscle in order to burn fat efficiently. Every pound of muscle you have will burn 50 extra calories per day.

If you burn more calories than you take in (achieved through a healthy eating plan), build up muscle through strength training and complete 30 minutes of solid cardio a day then weight loss is a certainty.

There is no magic secret to weight loss. It is all about hard work, commitment, goal setting and desire. If you want to lose weight you can and you will.

Good luck and all the best with your weight loss goals

  2. I would suggest spending 15 minutes and researching a Vegan diet, or 10% fat diet (both are the same). First of all, realize it is a way of life change, but it is extremely healthy for you. Also pick up a multivitamin, as your body does really messed up things if it isn't getting all the vitamins it needs.

But basically you just cut meat and diary from the diet. And dont think, "oh no, i can't eat meat anymore" just when you decide what to eat, look for the options without meat and just choose that. You can think of it like i do. I tell myself i can still eat meat and diary, but i choose not to.

  3. balancing exercises can be done near a door jamb, get a yoga ball and experiment for about a day then look up some begginer exercises.

    stretching will help immensely.

take fiber and do abdominal stretching and excersises, such as jogging and lifting light weights... alot of this weight becomes stored in the intestines. drink a lot of water and dont push yourself too hard or you will burn out. if you wanna talk to me more about this, contact my profile

  4. I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://diet4cleansing.tripod.com

  5. You could try this new program I'm using combined with the UltraGreenTea diet.

    It's called bodylastics.

It's going to cost you about $50, but its totally worth it.

The UltraGreenTea would cost money too, but if you call within two weeks and cancel it they won't bill you.

    Good luck.

  6. Your 30 min workout should consist of (1) cardio exercise, (2) resistance training (lifting weights) and (3) stretching.

    1) Cardio exercise simply means you're doing an activity that raises your heart rate to a level where you're working, but can still talk (Here's your target heart rate calculator: http://exercise.about.com/cs/fitnesstool...  Cardio is one way to burn calories and help you lose weight. It also makes you feel good, helps you sleep better, reduces stress.

    2) Lifting weights is one of the most important things you can do if you want to lose fat or change your body! It helps raise your metabolism, and builds muscle - muscle burns more calories than fat, so more muscle you have, the more calories you'll burn all day long.

    3) Stretching is usually the most overlooked part of an exercise routine, but it's important because it'll help improve perforance, reduce risk of injury, reduce muscle soreness, and improve your posture!

    **************************************...

But you won't see a difference in 2 weeks with only exercise.  This is because WHAT YOU EAT is 80% of the battle, and exercise is 20%.  Most people who get enough exercise, but what they "eat" prevents them from getting that fit, healthy waistline!

I'm glad to hear you say you don't want to go on a diet - because so many diets do NOT work!  Of course, the amount of food you eat will either make you lose or gain weight. However, there is more to it than that. If you eat smaller meals and eat the RIGHT foods, you can actually eat more and lose more weight! Sounds strange, but your bodies are very complex and if you understand your body, you can manipulate your metabolism for speedy and SUSTAINABLE weight loss!

The key to losing weight is NOT to restrict your diet to "low calories" (or "low fat", "low carbs"), but rather eating the RIGHT calories. You actually get to eat more and lose more weight if you learn how. Knowledge is power.

    Hope that helps!

  7. Jog or Run 2 miles in   -20 minutes

For a cool down do a fast walk for  -10 minutes

Make sure your eating healthy, try not to exceed over 2,000 calories a day. It all depends on how much you weigh and how tall you are though. Try and grab an apple instead of grabbing a bag of chips. Drink water instead of Soda. Make your meals small, don't go for 2nds. Look forward to your meals. :)
