Does anyone have an estimated total price for a modular home in the East Texas area?

I have spoken to a couple retailers in the area and I can't get a straight answer. I'm looking at 1500-1800 square foot homes and I want to know the cost of all the things like foundation, instillation, transportation, plumbing and electric hook ups and the house. Any info to help educate myself would be appreciated.
