It's sarcoptic mange.

It is treatable, but your dog needs to be taken to the vet ASAP. It is EXTREMELY painful for the dog. The longer you go without treatment, the more it suffers.

The pink feet indicate he's chewed his own skin off. For him to get that bad could not have happened overnight... He's been suffering for a while. Poor thing.
