Does anyone have and tip on how to improve your hight to perform a standing back tuck?

It's like this. Im a middle school cheerleader and I already have my hand sprang, layout, and running tuck, but i just cant get enough hight for my standing tuck. At my last pep-rally, i fell flat on mi face( real smooth ) just caust i dont have enough hight. Pleeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaassssssseeeeee help people

  1. You've got to use your whole body, but mostly use your arms as leverage to pull up and then just do the tuck you'll be fine. But make sure that you DON'T throw your head back...that messes a lot of people up!

  2. Do your swing or what ever you normaly do for a prep then set your arms next to your ears jump up and back (a little more up than back) tuck and land!

  3. When you go to do the tuck, don't begin to rotate right away. As you are taking off, you should almost pause (only for a moment) before beginning to turn. When you do flip, keep your arms and body back and bring your legs into you. It's a completely different feeling and you will get much more height.

  4. you should practice them off of a block or even couch, or something like that. you can really improve your height if you keep practicing them off of those things youll improve quickly
