Does anyone have any KBR recruiter contacts? ?

We have come to realize. it's not all about what you know, but who you know. Why is this? They are really missing out on some good quality people just because they want their good friend, brother in-law, brother, cousin or sister to get a job. So what about the people that have all the qualifications but no contacts. The people that are getting the contacts are getting interviews with in weeks verses the people that conventionally apply as told and don't get contacted if any for months. so I NEED A CONTACT!!
