  1. take orders with pride, work hard, and have fun, well dont goof around on the job

  2. Network, network, network!!!  Know your managers, assist them whenever you can, do the work that no one really wants to do (except for crowd control. Just do that every once in a blue moon.  Trust me you'll hate it.), demostrate leadership skills and be very personable with the guest.  Follow the 4 keys and always do things with a smile even if it sucks.  I remember when I had to color little green Mickeys over an error in the park maps while still helping guest.  I must have done thousands of them.  But my multi-task work eventually moved me up to more exclusive jobs.  Plus after 6 months, they offered me a lead position.

  3. attitude! have a positive one. remember, some people save for several years to take their family to Disney. this is their dream vacation. and those who are locals and go there all the time go because of the "Disney Experience". You will be part of a whole group of people who will be trying to make their experience at the resort the best one they ever had. they may not remember your name but they will always remember what a great time they had and how great all the cast members where.
