Does anyone have any concerns with usdas child and adult care food program.?

It has some good points and some bad points. It is true that a lot of the USDA's budget goes into this program that is considered welfare by many people. But it provides good nutritious food to families and children that need it. It is also an outlet for the USDA to use many over produced agriculture products and keep the prices of these products up for the farmer.
