Does anyone have any cool ideas for a advanced 6th/7th/8th grade science presentation?

I am trying to create an interesting 30 minute presentation that is earth/space science related or life science. I would like to do a simple hands on activity to keep it interesting. A "wow" factor presentation would be ideal! My brain is just fried though and I can't think of what to present. Any ideas???
