Does anyone have any current info on Robert Thompson and Jon Venables?

I recently read up on this case in detail and I cannot believe how the UK govt is aiding and abetting these two grown men! I also understand that one of them may have been involved in another serious crime. Supposedly it is not him but would you trust any info that the UK govt puts out on these two? I'd love to know what they may be up to now and I know that there are people out there who know their current situation.

I haven't heard about these two for a long time! The govt. won't say anything about their whereabouts because of retaliatory attacks (one of James's parents said they would kill them if they found them). They will have new names and identities so only a few police/probation officers would know where they are. It is a disgrace that they will get houses etc for free. Kill a child and get a free house!! Obscene, but that's what the pc brigade/ criminal-loving penal reformers have done to this country.

I really don't know,however,i'm sure i saw it somewhere that either one of them was going to start a new life abroad but was advised against it because he wouldn't have the identity protection that he has here.

There was also a recent item about campaigning to have their identities revealed as one of them (perhaps both now) were dating and the general consensus was that the partner has a right to know who she was actually dating considering if they were to start a family etc...

It's disgraceful that i am going to be paying for them for the rest of my natural life considering what they done was an horrendous and premeditated brutal murder.

I know they were, or at least one was, in a halfway type house up towards Winsford, Cheshire. But thats old news now, about 2 years out of date.

Apparently Denise Fergus, James' mum has known there whereabots since they were released, and there is a story somewhere when she came face to face with one of them, but had to walk away.

She has known their daily routines and whereabouts since release.

I dont think they are far away from the North West myself.
