  1. I personnally box, you can begin by throwing some 1-2-3 combos (jab, straight, front hook) and mixing up by going to the head and the body. That will work your technique. You can try doubling your jab and then throwing the straight right and the left hook (if you're stance is orthodox) and sometimes doubling your left hook. Practice moving around your bag and remember to move your head constantly and bring your fist back to your jaw. Begin by doing 3 rounds of 3 minutes. Remember to work hard and throw at least 100 punches if you want to get in shape.

Wanna get in top shape? Try doing 1 minutes of uppercuts (right, left, right, left) then one minute of jab, straight, jab, straight. Do this for 3 rounds of 3 minutes. This is hard on the shoulders, it will work your muscles. You can also use straight and left hooks combos: Straight and when the bag hits its peak away, throw a hook, when it comes back to you, throw a straight...Do that for 3 minutes by putting much power in your punches...

Hope I gave you a little help, that's pretty much basic stuff...When you're comfortable with the technique, you can mix in pretty much everything and bring the intensity up...

  2. do 200 right hand straight, 200 jab, 150 1-2 combo, 100 right snap kicks, 100 left, 50 right-left kick(switch in the air)

  4. Roll your eyes in the back of your head, scream really loud, and then stab it and bite it. That'll teach anybody to mess with you if you have to fight in real life. A bag is a good way to practice your moves for when you need them ... why can't I stay out of jail for very long?
