Does anyone have any experience with cyberpowerpc?

i ordered a PC about 5 days ago, and i bought the rushed assebly and 2nd say air shipping.

it has been 5 days and i still do not have confirmation that it has been shipped.

Do they usually do this or am i just unlucky?

Also, their customer support center wont pick up my calls.

Cyberpowerpc has a history of bad service. Generally, service with them is either great, or h**l. Check to make sure your PC is AS ORDERED when you receive it. I've spoken with people who have received computers completely different from what they ordered and payed for.
