Does anyone have any food weight loss ideas?- Urgent!?

People have recommending blending 6 pieces of romain lettuce with two cups of water and then drinking it.

Drinking water with lemon in it and/or green tea first thing in the morning.

I was wondering if anyone had any results to these or anything else to add, I need to lose 3 pounds in 5 days, any help please!

  1. Look for an anti-bloat diet.  There is one included in the "Flat Belly Diet Book"  It's basically 1200 calories a day of food that won't contribute to gas and lots of water.  What it does is flush out water weight and other ickys that add pounds and make you look puffy.  


  2. I really recommend green tea or white tea. They speed up the metabolism and work as a detox, flushing your system of excess. Pair that with 1000-1500 calories a day and you'll be sure to lose fast.

    I've found that celery is amazing in weight loss too. It's got 6 calories normally in an 8-inch stalk, but when you chew, you burn off those 6 calories and then some. So eat the celery up up up! It fills you up, and you lose weight!

  3. Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably.
