  1. small portions 6x a day. no sodas, a lot of water and excersize.


  2. I ate a gluten-free diet because my partner has Celiac disease.  Gluten is found in wheat (and some other grains)... so that meant no beer, bread, pasta, cookies, crackers, etc.  I truly believe this helped me loose all my baby weight within 3 months.

  3. breast feeding and small portion meals

  4. Nursing!  It's the most amazing diet plan because there's no diet involved.  In fact, when I nursed, I was able to eat like a trucker, and still lost an amazing amount of weight.  The added plus is, your baby is healthier, too.
