  1. the butterfly drill is great!! you have one coach or person serve straight across to the other side of the court and the girl has to hit the ball then go to the center and be a target for the next hitter, once they catch a ball they bring horizontal across the court to another coach doing the same thing on the opposite side. then get into the other line. and it ends up looking like a butterfly if done correctly. both of the coaches are on the edges of the court.

this is wat it looks like...its not has confusing as it looks http://www.tvlesson.com/video/6202_volle...

you can also substitute a coach with a player like wat they do in the video

  2. If you know Neville Pepper is good. It's where the defensive side scores points for returning a spike or tip.

    3 on 3 scrimmage

On the mats where the girls try and serve to the 6 zones and score points when they do

    Hitting lines

    Figure 8

    Hope this helps

  3. you can do serve/receive drill which is where five people are receiving (everyone besides front middle) and they pass the ball to the setter and then they rotate on and off the court after they get through the rotation of all the spots on the court (only setters set though) and they go serve.. i reccommend starting with 5 or 6 servers.
