Maybe like a fire fighter on a truck with a beer in hand riding on the side...i don't know it's kinda hard unless you know what kind of person it is..

My grandson had his birthday at the local fire station.  My daughter got a "cupcake cake" for him at Kroger.  It's cupcakes that are all pushed together and frosted as one cake on top (easier to serve & eat).... it was in the shape of (and decorated) a fire engine .... or you could do a fireplug and put a little stuffed dalmatian next to it:)

Water hose and ladder or pole (they slide down on)...

Fire Truck and Dalmation puppy

You can get the firefighter shield put on it. I'm sure the decorator at the bakery has a firetruck they can use, like they'd use for a little boy's cake.  

Or set it on fire! Just kidding
