Here's my story...I have gained 40 pounds in year due to being in a very stressful situation that involved me having temporary custody of my niece....I could not get out and exercise, got depressed, and ATE. I have a huge appetite, and would like some help with sensible ways to lose this weight. Any ideas on snacks to fill me up, easy meal ideas, or something that you did that made the total difference. My goal is Sept. 1 to begin a "new me" program. Thanks!!
