Does anyone have any home remedies?

I have swimmer's ear in both ears and I need some tips to relieve the pain. I am already taking the medication the doctor gave me. Heating pads of any kind also wont work, it is too painful to even touch my ears in any way. I can't sleep, help!

i heard blowing a hair dryer in your ear may help. is your ear clogged with water??

to get rid of it stand on one foot-same one with the clogged ear, bend your head  sideways and jump up and down and it should release the water-use this one all the time
