Does anyone have any idea how to ride a horse without breaking it in?

Depends as I've done it but only when the horse was really easy going. If you don't know what you're doing, I would send it to a trainer for 90 days. it's too easy to get seriously injured doing something like that

Put the horse on a long "lunge line" and exercise it for at least an hour, walking, trotting the whole time.....then, it will be tired, and easier to handle, your question is too complex for a good answer....sorry.

I have trained 7 horses, and it isn't tough at all, you just need patience and a good training book, or a good handler/trainer to assist you....use a soft voice when you are near a horse or any animal, unless you are giving it a command, then use a firm, louder voice, so they know the difference...But never yell at them...they will just be afraid of you...also, never use quick movements near their face, it will make them "head shy."

your first problem would be getting on it, riding it is a whole other story.
