What the h**l is a disadvantaged INVESTOR?    If you can't afford to loose you can't afford to invest.    All investments have a risk, there is no one to sue.

investing involves risk, including possible erosion of capital.  stop whining.

If you have money to invest, you are not disadvantaged.

If you had made a profit, that means that somebody else made a loss.  Does that give them the right to sue you to get their loss back?
