Does anyone have any idea what the Unsanctioned Match between Jericho and HBK is?

Does anyone know exactly what the match is, what do you think is gonna happen, is there going to be a winner or are they just gonna fight in the ring untill someone cant get up like a Last Man Standing Match just without the 10 count. Will there even be a referee in the ring.

basically, its just a fancy way of saying hardcore match.

Unsanctioned match is like unscripted- like its not decided---its just a storyline. The match is decided. Yes there will be a ref. And also if anyone gets hurt no one is liable.
