Does anyone have any info/ ever worked for Nordstrom Cafe?

I have an interview today,I'm 18/first job. please provide info asap and how likely will i be hired also how dressed up do i have to be for the interview b/c i know nordstrom is formal but this is the cafe.

For a job at Nordstrom Cafe, you don't need to get too dressed up (i.e. a business suit). Just wear something "business casual".  Avoid wearing jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers.  For a guy, long pants and a long sleeve shirt would be a safe bet.  For a girl, a skirt (not too shot) or slacks and a nice top.

They will probably ask you questions about your strengths, weaknesses, any past experience, your work ethic, etc. Whatever the question, try to spin it as a positive for yourself. Assuming it is true, try to stress that you are a hard worker, punctual (won't be late or miss shifts) and flexible. For an hourly job like that where the schedule can vary, they will be happy to know if you can be flexible...as in switching shifts as necessary or working hours when other people may not want to work (early in the morning, late at night, weekends, etc.).

Don't forget to ask some questions yourself during the interview - asking questions show that you are genuinely interested in the job.  Some good questions to ask would be what tasks you would be assigned if given the job, what the work schedule would be like, when you would start, etc.

I once talk to a lady that works there and i just thought it be interesting info. She said on a good say she leave with 250 in tips and on a bad day about $90. Plus 7.95 an hour. I don't know where you are from but it can different from location.
