You need to be a lot more specific. Such as: what country are you starting from? Do you want to cruise around to explore the country? Do you want to a cruise that takes you across the sea from somewhere else a just terminates in the Philippines? Are you looking for a specific company, or a specific ship?  Your question is a little too ambiguous.
