Does anyone have any information on careers in international relations?

I've always known I wanted a career in international affairs. Currently i'm at a university majoring in the field. However i'm not exactly sure what jobs are available and what language would be most useful as a minor. I've already completed credits in spanish and would like to learn a second language. Will I need a masters or doctorate degree? Are the jobs high paying?

I don't mind working for the military but I do not want to have to enlist. Basically, I just want something that involves foreign language, is exciting, and somewhat prestigious.

Lastly, where should I study abroad?

Study abroad to a country that speaks the language you are studying, if possible.

You can get careers with the State Department, military, etc.
