Sorry to vote down a partially good answer.  Consider the e-mail an attempt to phish for personal information about you.  Do not follow the web page links and do not provide personal information.

And, do NOT respond to the e-mail.  Doing so will alert the sender that they have reached a live and active e-mail account (yours).  And that will only multiply your exposure.

I got the same email and did some homework.  I found them on several fraud databases.

I would email the person who sent one to you and ask for very specific information on how to physically contact them and then ask additional questions about the job they are emailing you about.
