Does anyone have any information on sung san kung fu?

Without seeing an actual Chinese character for the art or system you seek I'm not sure anyone can help you find the system you seek.  Take a look at Kung Fu San Soo.

Generically San Soo is free form fighting or sometimes called Chinese boxing where practitioners workout in a free style form to practice their craft with one another without inflicting intentional damage on one another.  I understand many Chinese Kung Fu styles incorporate San Soo within their their systems.  

Not sure if this is the art you seek but you may wish to take a look at it.  do you have any additional info or facts concerning the system you are looking to find?  Perhaps a little history or perhaps a Grandmaster's name who has taught the art?
