Does anyone have any information on the City Las Matas in Spain?

Next fall i will be living and attending a highschool in Las Matas Spain, i was wondering if anyone had any information on the culture weather city size ect.

Las Matas is not a city, but rather a small town on the northwestern outskirts of Madrid... It is between Las Rozas and Torrelodones on the road to Collado Villalba (also the road to Segovia). You will get there via Majadahonda and Las Rozas which are upper middle class residential areas. And actually Las Matas pertains to the municipality of Las Rozas, so you will be in a nice sector.

Culture and weather, check out any data on Madrid, it will be similar if not the same.
