my friend is turning 14 and needs help thinking of a b-day party that cost either no money or very small amounts of money help!

have her have like 10 friends over and have pizza then cake and ice cream, maybe a sleepover? games? idk soem thoughts. Will the party be in the summer? does she have a pool?

I think you should have a costume party. Tell all your friends to bring their costumes. Provide drinks like root beer. Pepsi, coke, or Dr. Pepper. Also provide chips, dip, crackers, and other stuff. Also have movies and music just incase everyone gets bored.
