Does anyone have any player history on a Queensland Rigby League rep player Kris Barter?

I have tried the library and State of origin archives but can't find anything. I believe he played prop for Queensland last century.

there is no record of him.  Maybe he was not in the qld seniors team, maybe in the qld country sides, or metropolitan, police  or even university teams.  You could contact qld headquarters for a comprehensive download of all rep teams.
