  1. Zinc Oxide cream or Zincofax.

  2. I have always used Drapolene on nappy rash and you can use it on burns as well always comes in handy to have in

  3. best ting for nappy rash.. get rid of the nappy.. leave her in the nude.. let some air get to it.. poor lil ting.. (just make sure to cover the mattress) :)

  4. Conatrane.

  5. Heres an article on natural nappy rash cures http://www.babiesnappies.co.uk/controlli...

Personally we find the Green People Baby Balm to be the best thing EVER for nappy rash!

  6. my son was awful for this nothing i tried like free time vaseline sudocreme or bepanten worked.my mum told me about a cream that  she used to use called drapolene and i managed to find some in boots!!it 4.99 for a really big pot that lasts you ages and its got  mild anesthetic properties to sooth and antiseptic to rid.it bright pink and you only need a small amount at a time and it worked wonders.id never use anything else now!

  7. Try a cream called Bepanthen very good for nappy rash being a mum of three i have tried numerous ones and this one seemed to work the best, Good luck !

  8. Try Savlon cream, I always used it on my children when they were babies. Rash cleared up VERY quickly.

  9. Pinxav is this old thick pink cream that you can find at the drug store. I had a lot of issues when I was young and my mother swore by it. I thought is was old and out dated and tried everything else on my kids. When I finally listened and got it due to my son having a horrible rash that was painful I loved it! It works great.

  10. Penaten.  And get your doctor to look at the diaper rash because many babies get painful yeast infections on their bums, its because yeast like to live in warm moist places and whats more perfect then a diaper????  Vasiline extra strength also works

  11. Yep i agree, sudocream never worked on my sons nappy rash. I bought 101 different creams for him and none of them worked! What did work though, was to dry it out. make sure you get alot of baby powder of the red area and keep her really dry. A little nudie time for her will also help keep her toosh dry. In a few days it should be gone.

Hope the nappy rash goes soon.

  12. Sudocream affects my skin badly, and it made my daughters nappy rash EVIL. I always used to pop her in warm water every change, pat dry and slather on tons of zinc and castor oil cream.

  13. bepanthan is very very good

  14. drapolene, you can get it in tubs frm boots... it works wonders on my little boys bum, sudo didnt seem 2 work 4 him either... but drapolene heals it really fast... you can see the diffence after 1 nappy change!  gd luk x

  15. When my son had nappy rash I went to see my GP, he told me to separate the white of an egg from the yolk and after cleaning the skin and drying it smear some egg white on the rash and leave the area exposed to the air. It cleared it up very well. You see the white of the egg is protein, so in turned this fed the skin.

    Good Luck

  17. The best thing we used was paw paw ointment. It's usually found in health food shops. Best of all, it isn't full of icky chemicals. It cleared up her worst case of nappy rash in a day.

  18. None of the commercial nappy rash creams worked for my daughter and the zinc based ones made it worse. I was told to go for oil based creams and even plain old swwet almond oil (baby massage oil... not Baby oil as the commercial baby oil has chemicals that can dry bubs skin). I use a sweet almond oil blend with lavender in it and it is the only thing I have found to clear my daughter's rash and it works from one change to the next.
