Does anyone have any stretches for a higher toe touch and better leaps?

Please help me because I need to work on getting a higher toe touch and a higher leap. Also so I can help our high school dance team have better toe touches and leaps.

  1. Ok For Higher Toe Touches Work One Your Stradel Stretches, Stretch On The Ballet Bar, Work On Your Gut Muscles, And Work On Your Rotation.

    For Leaps Work On Your Splits And Your Guts.

    Just Be Sure Not To Push Yourself Too Hard! I've Done That And Then Was Unable To Dance.


  2. work on your splits and stretch... that's what makes leaps bigger, if that is what you mean, but to improve just keep practicing!
