Do you mean how to post a poll or what should be used for the question?

If you're wondering how to post a poll, click on Polls on the left-hand side of your Group's home page, then click on Create Poll on the right-hand side of the page.  Then follow the direction on the resulting page.

If you're wondering what to use for a question, it really depends on the subject of your Group.  To give an idea, I would need to know what your Group is about.
