Does anyone have any theories about where the ice age stopped? Need to see if I am not crazy.LOL?

My colage class has recenty been studying the pine barrens in NJ even though it is a TX colage but my theory is that the ice age stopped right in New Egypt NJ. I think that because of the fact that there is normal soil up until the pine barrens where it is sandy. So i think hte the ice age pushed all the sand there and than stopped!!

Wow!  The statement you made is good enough for me to believe, lol!  I thought the ice age went all around the Earth.  Sorry if what I have said hasn't been any help.

If you look at the attached map it looks like the ice sheet from the last ice age in North America extended to somewhere in NJ.  The geologic evidence you've noted could be a good indicator of the location.
