HI, I am going to start my freshman year of high school tomorrow, and I am very scared! I know everyone must be very nervous to start school, but I get physically ill. I think I get many anxiety attacks because I even get scared over the littlest things! I just wanted to know if you could give me some tips on how to feel better. I feel a little better knowing that I am prepared for my classes, but it is still not the reassurance I need to not feel nauseous! If any of you have any tips that would really help!
