Question:

Does anyone have any tips to get to sleep?

I normally find myself laying in bed for at least an hour, sometimes more, once in a while I just give and pull an all nighter. Any tips on falling asleep?

  1. dude i have the same thing. i drink this sleepy time tea. also reading helps me go to sleep, or taking a shower, ya know, just getting comfy.

  3. lol i have the same thing.....why do you think im here now? I just relax my whole body and clear my mind, dont think any thoughts but if one just "comes" let it come and go. Let your body melt away :)

    try to imagine the good things around you....dont let the bad things to come....its only the best remedy to get out of imsomnia.

  5. Tylenol PM or a cold medicine. When I have a cold i take Drixoral. It puts me right to sleep. Of course you can't do that every night. Try excercising. It will tire you out.
