  1. Run your forward in as if attacking run and pop the ball out to your fly and pass the ball down the line until second from end and fake a run it works a charm. Simply run in angled 45 degrees (north east!) and draw two players in and pop behind. Whichever is your faster player let em take it nd if all goes wrong kik n chase! Hope it helps its complex but if dun right it gives you the space with the right runner to dominate!

  2. hm, well my schools womens team use "The train".  It is pretty much a very, very fast maul.

A fast, strong player (we use our lock) take the ball and bee lines it to the closest and weakest area of the opposing team. If she gets stopped, she turns and gets low.  Two forwards about 7 meters behind rush up to blow off the defending tacklers. Then, the scrummy passes to another fast/strong player (we use our 8) who runs blind side. The weak wing, scrummy and any forwards should follow in support.

This should be timed so that the two players blowing off the defenders arrive in a couple seconds.

Its a simple play, but the force and speed it employs usualy throws the other team off.

For the guys, we use a really odd one. Most of our forwards are lined up as if to charge. But, either our 8 or fullback is in the line by the centers/wing. When the player takes the tap (we use our fly), he sprints almost straight across the open side. Then, on his judgment he passes to a center, the extra man or wing. We use this when we notice the other team is always defending a charge. With speed, it creates a massive overlap that is hard to compensate for.

    Hopefully this helps!
