Does anyone have any ways of treating hunger all the time?

i eat 3 times a day n they are pretty big meals my s

stomach still growls though like tonight i ate 5 servigns of lasagna ! n im still hungry!

  1. try an activity that will get you mind off of food. Eat 5 times a day, but littler meals.  


  2. Eat 5 smaller meals during the day rather than 3 big meals.

  3. Drink TONS of water - it makes you feel bloated and extremely full. Not only that, but you won't gain any calories!

    Or, if you prefer, eat something with carbs - like a piece of french bread with cheese (my personal fav.) or pretzels or 100-calorie packs (if you're afraid of gaining weight). Meal replacement bars also full you up very well, as well as any type of granola bars. These snacks should keep your stomach from growling for a least a couple of hours (until your next meal). Just make sure you don't overeat them, though! (one serving is fine).

  4. Drink a lot of water and exercise......

    water makes you feel full and exercise will make you feel really good about yourself which may trigger you to no want to eat as much.....it works for me!

  5. Brush your teeth a lot, then you won't want to eat because of the mint taste.

  6. eat cereal or a low fat snack like pretzels

    snackin on veggies is ideal, but personally..i can only eat so many celery sticks..

    and drink a lot of water. itll make you feel full
