Does anyone have car loan with chase? they triple charged my account. found out that i'm not the only one.

my personal bank found out that chase had overcharged other people from 6/19/08 thru 6/30/08. They refuse to refund overdraft fees, stating that it is not there fault. My bank, West America, says that Chase is responsible. Just wanted to let everyone know. I'm not the only one. I sent an e-mail to Call Kurtis and I am going to call the Federal Reserve on Monday to find out what my options are. This company is ripping off it's customers and they don't even know it.
