Does anyone have chronic facial pain?

I would like to hear storys of anyone with chronic facial pain. I am trying to gain information on this life destroying pain. Please feel free to contact me at donohue100@hotmail.com

Too many of these chronic pain conditions are left undiagnosed when they could be stopped. Patients are just given anti-depressents and told to go awat it is a disgrace.

  1. That is me! You must have researched Trigeminal Neuralgia questions to find me, I take topamax and now sertralane to keep the pain to a minimum (most of the time)  I still can't touch the right side of my face and the pain is never gone.  Sometimes it is debilitating and my life has changed because of it.  The doctors seemed to care, at first, but not really.

No one cares, really but me.

There are not many people out there that have this, in my town-I estimate that there are 2 to 4 people besides me that have it.  There are 7,000 people in my town.  That is above average.  Two of them are above 70 years of age. (My dr told me that, One is younger than me.)
