Does anyone have dramas with their neighbours?

Our neighbours to the back of us are driving me nutts!!

We have lived in our house for 6 yrs and have never had trouble til about 4 months ago, I suspect the owner has rented the house out.

Firstly a barrage of Sunday night and midweek parties; then a domestic episode which included people shouting the F word alot, and crash bashing the place (several neighbours phoned the police). When the police arrived one idiot tried to evade them by jumping on our roof and making a run for it, my hubby met him on the other side, yelled at him, and the neighbour ran back over the roof and jumped into his yard.

Its gotten better, there are few incidences of loud music anymore, but the music is usually on, there is always shouting and hooting as they hang around in their yard.

I don't feel at home anymore, but I'm hoping that this type of person (trashy jobless dero) won't stay in one place for long....

In the meantime I'd enjoy reading some suggestions for revenge...

i have because some times our neighbor's becomes our big enemy and some times neighbors becomes our strength

Seems complaints to the police and the owner or landlord is the only thing you can do.

It's terrible when after 6 years of peaceful bliss it's ruined overnite.  We finally got tired of our neighbors antics and moved.  Many of the other neighbors did too.  Now the whole neighbourhood has gone down.

Talk to the neighbors around you and see if you could all buy the house.  Then all of you will have control over it.

Wow, yours sounds crazy.

Well, when I lived with my parents, my mom ALWAYS had drama with the neighbors, no matter where we went... maybe she was the instigator.

Anyway, I remember one house she would actually be fighting in the street with this older man, and they had the cops come a few times, it was crazy and I'm glad my dad got divorced (haha.)

Anyway, revenge... difficult... if you do anything as grand-scale as them to get back at them, you'll probably get in trouble with the cops too...
