Does anyone have extremely cheap car insurance?

I know tons of things affect how car insurance is 'calculated', i'm not asking for a lecture about that. I just want to know if someone has exceptionally low car insurance, how much it is, and where they got it from.

I pay  $40 monthly, liability only on a 7 year old corolla. 25 years no claim bonus.

I just went for the cheapest I found.
